Hereford Contemporary Craft Fair has a new name – Hereford Contemporary.
Friday 11 to Sunday 13 November, 2016.
Now in its 23rd year, it will continue to showcase the creative talent of selected designer makers, but now also includes fine artists, sculptors and design services. 2016’s three day event will be especially exciting, along with it’s new name it has a new venue – we are moving to the Left Bank in the heart of the cathedral city. This large venue is located next to the beautiful River Wye and is five minutes walk away from the City centre and three public car parks. This year the event will develop to offer more for both participants and visitors. Larger capacity for more artist/designer/makers; including demonstrator stands; New Business Support Stands (low cost stands); adult and children’s workshops; outside courtyard spaces for larger demonstrations; different refreshment options on the ground floor and third floor of the main building; De Koffie Pot Cafe/bar in the Coach House and lots of space to take it all in.

Brightstripe for Culture’s Hereford Contemporary will take place from 11th to 13th November 2016, just in time for Christmas, and will offer visitors a unique opportunity to meet, commission and buy direct from the best of Britain’s artist and designer makers – each chosen to exhibit at the show by a selection panel of industry professionals.
For artist/designer makers the show offers a chance to raise their profile within an elite grouping of professionals, as well as the opportunity to sell the best of their work and take on Christmas commissions. Meeting up with old friends and networking with creative businesses and gallery owners on the hunt for fresh talent are additional major benefits to exhibiting artists/makers.
Hereford Contemporary will be held at Left Bank, where visitors and exhibitors alike will have easy access to refreshments, choosing from a variety of spaces. Charles Bar on the top floor; amongst the vibrant show on the ground floor; outside on the terraces with the magnificent view of the River Wye and Hereford Cathedral or for something more substantial De Koffie Pot café/bar. Come along for a real social buzz, catch up with friends and be inspired by Britain’s creative designers’ and the stunning location
